After 8 years and 100,000 km, I finally sold my Baleno. It wasn't so much that I'd had enough of it though - but the wife certainly had! - apparently the slightly lowered suspension made it hard to climb out of with high heels on.. Who'd have thought? :-)
We've only been married for 9 months or so, but one of our first joint decisions was to upgrade the Baleno. And as much as I wanted an Accord, Lin wanted a CR-V, and so that's what we bought!
The 'truck', as I like to call it, is actually a very good vehicle. Great to drive, fully optioned, and we got it for a great price, given that it was so new! And although its no Prius, it's fairly economical for an SUV - *only* 10 L/100 km. Not too bad really for a 2.4L engine. Obviously VTEC makes all the difference, and the great build quality of Honda goes without saying.
